The Legislative Branch of the State of Lexordo shall consist of: 1 Speaker of the House of Representatives, 15 Representatives, and 10 Senators.
Section 1 - The Legislative Branch shall be tasked with creating bills and trying impeachments.
Section 2 - A representative shall have the power to submit a bill to the House regarding impeachment or basic law.
Section 3 - Impeachment or basic law shall start in the House.
Section 4 - The Senate shall have the power to try impeachments passed by the House. The accused will be removed if both the House and the Senate can super majority. The Senate is required to hold a trial at the capitol if the impeachment passes the House.
Section 5 - House members shall serve 2 month terms. The Speaker is responsible for holding elections to fill vacancies.
Section 6 - The Senate shall serve 4 month terms. The Lieutenant Governor is responsible for holding elections to fill vacancies.
