[INTERVIEW RULES]:
1) Grammar should be used at all times while being interviewed. You are required to use grammar so the staff members and customers can fully understand what you are saying. If you fail to use grammar while being interviewed or working at the cafe, you will be fired from your position.
2) You have at least 30 seconds to answer each question while being interviewed. If you take more than 30 seconds to respond to your interviewer, you will be failed and kicked from the server. We want our employees to be fast when taking orders and answering questions!
3) You must show respect to all customers and staff members at all times while waiting to be interviewed. If you are caught disrespecting others, you will be kicked from the server and won't receive an interview.
4) If you passed your interview, please wait for your interviewer to promote you. If you have failed your interview, please do not cause drama and argue with your interviewer. You can always come to the next interview session!
