it needs to happen like if a game shuts down and you have VIP for it you should just get a refund from but not the full % from it and not low either 50% would be fine to me |

Nobody reads them, obviously, but by signing up for an account you essentially said "I agree to the terms of service", so your argument doesn't apply. |
