1. Attend as many training's as possible.
2. Try your hardest and never give up.
3. Attend raids,defends and training's. This will give you more of a chance to rank up
4. Respect your high ranks all times.
5. Recruiting new members. Not alts.
6. Be proud of the group you are in. Team spirit is always great to have.
7. Work well with others and do not argue all the time with them.
