Allow messaging for people under 13

Overview: At the moment players under 13 have to friend that user to message them which I don't think it's very good. Why should it change? Because many groups do their job applications via the messaging system. This means users under 13 will have to wait until their account age is 13 or they will have to create a new account. What is the good thing about this idea? It would allow users under 13 more flexibility and do job applications or group applications which would really help as people are literally starting to complain about not being able to message that user despite following the instructions on their profile. What is the bad thing about this idea? People would use it to spam the player's inbox including free robux scams and group invites. Whilst many people only allow messaging by following them it could cause a bit of problems. Feel free to give feedback. :)

But...that's the reason why ROBLOX has a reputation for being a safe game, because users under 13 get very little communication. But to be honest, the Internet is so overprotective and paranoid about kids going onto the Internet.

Whilst they get very little communication, there are some out there who like to interact with others online, as I said messaging should be allowed publicly for users under 13 but at least I could also suggest that users under 13 can change their messaging privacy settings for those users who would like more privacy.

Support. They act like 12 year olds are 2 year olds. People under 13 on this game are SO RESTRICTED with so much, like they can't even use the trade system when they have BC. That is a problem and needs to be changed.

Support. Altough... I got, lemme count'em. You see, I recently became 13 and changed my settings (I think, may change back. And not THAT recent.). And ever since October 5th, albeit the bots may have started earlier due to me not starting playing roblox on my dope PC because i had to get it ready and all that fun stuff, but when I started playing games, the bots came. (They actually came a bit before due to me playing on another PC and that. But I have now, and may still be counting, about 3 each day I play, 25. Thats an entire archive page +5! So maybe the restricted to friends wasn't so bad after all? Meh, support anyways.

@chatowillwin The trading system, VIP Servers and following into game isn't a big issue, it's just the messaging restrictions for users under 13 that have to change
