Not able to make posts to the forums

Need solutions/ideas. I am writing this for a user that is currently unable to make forum posts. Before hitting the post button a CAPTCHA box comes up and asks for verification. The verification button is pressed but the CAPTCHA does not recognize it. She has tried posting on three different devices (one of them a phone) and has had no luck on any of them.
