A Bill to Create the Firestone Department of Recreational Facilities (main title is shortened)
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: The Firestone Department of Recreational Facilities shall be established.
SECTION 2: The Firestone Department of Recreational Facilities shall be responsible for managing and creating 'recreational' and leisurely activities. For example, managing, maintaining and upgrading the Redwood Park. This department shall also be responsible for creating Firestone's first national park. The national park will consist of the following: A waterfall, hills, climbing routes, maple trees, a lake, a small river, and other activities.
Section 2a: The Secretary of the Department of Recreational Facilities shall be a cabinet position.
Section 2b: The Governor is responsible for the appointment of the high command of the
department.
Section 2c: The Firestone Department of Research and Development will work and co-operate with the Department of Recreational Facilities, in the event a project shall start.
SECTION 3: The Founder of the State of Firestone must create the department in at least 3 months, if this legislation has passed. If it is not created within 3 months, the Governor shall alert the Founder.
SECTION 4: Upon passage of both chambers, this legislation shall go in to effect immediately.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
