Hi. As most of you know, players have been experiencing the same kind of problem I have. Whenever I click the 'play' button on a game, it loads up as a new window as usual, then it goes white before the 'Roblox is loading' pop-up window closes, and crashes. This is happening to EVERY game I go to.
Yes, I have tried re-installing it, and renaming the folder. It didn't work.
The forum https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=roblox+player+crash doesn't help me at all to be honest, I have browsed it and I can't find any threads similar to this problem.
Anyone have any solutions/advice? |

None of the fixes avaible work, the problem is not on your side, it's solely roblox is fault that much I can confirm hence I have the same issue you are experiencing except that I found out that roblox works just fine if you sandbox it, the thing is, roblox seems to shut down all connections to sandboxed applications so until the next roblox update everyone that have this issue is stuck with it. |

Im having the same exact issue on my Windows Vista PC. Opens new window with a white screen. The Roblox Crash window opens up and gives its message.
Roblox works fine for me on:
Windows 8.1 Dell All-In-One PC
Windows 8.1 Asus Laptop
Windows 10 Dell Laptop |

I am experiencing the white screen as well no matter what game I try to play. For example, when I try playing Redwood Prison (one of my favorites), the screen is totally white although I DO hear all of the sounds of the game. I hope it gets fixed soon. I miss it!! |

Well,Roblox is fixing the Ddos/Hacker Attacks fast...5 Hours. I assume that we need to wait for 5 days. Or less. OR MORE. |

Okay I'm having the same problem and I'm using Windows 7, I can see that problem is happening with a lot of people.
So, everyone who has the same problem send a email to [email protected] and include in the message:
-Your nickname
-Detailed description of your issue, make sure to include any specific error messages and whether it happens all the time or just sometimes or just in some places (the more details the better)
-Details about your computer – are you using Windows Vista, 7, 8? What browser are you using?
-What solutions you’ve already tried

@King_Splxsh I updated to windows 10 and this don't work, that's not a problem of the operational system.

If you still have the same problem, I suggest you to follow these. Fixed this problem perfectly, for me.
Uninstall ROBLOX and delete all it's files.
I have a solution which fixes this issue:
(IF ROBLOX IS ALREADY INSTALLED)
How to uninstall ROBLOX:
1. Open control Pannel
2. Click Uninstall A Program (Windows 7, Unsure about others)
3. Find ROBLOX and Right-Click
4. Click Uninstall
5. Wait until it tells you that "ROBLOX has been uninstalled"
6. Re-Install ROBLOX by clicking the play button
7. Profit!
Alternate Solution (If ROBLOX has been uninstalled/re-installed and not working):
-Solution Below-
1. Open by using "Run" (Windows XP) or type it in the search bar (Windows 7) - %appdata%
2. Go out of Roaming into AppData
3. Open local
4. Delete ROBLOX
NOTE: CLOSE YOUR BROWSER WHILE DOING THIS
5. Go back to AppData and open Locallow
6. DELETE THE FOLLOWING;
~RbxLogs
~rbxcsettings.rbx
7. Re-Install ROBLOX
8. Profit!

Don't uninstall nothing guys is just the roblox updates that is their fault no need to worry is not you pc if they say is you pc they are sill kids that they want to trolls you obviously. |

This is DEFINITELY a roblox issue.
Remember that play button issue due to their update?Im guessing it could be the same problem.We couldnt play if we had a single core CPU.This situation might be similar because I see all my online friends playing and most have multi core. |

Some pcs are really good and in a good function no one did nothing except playing roblox it could be cause of a roblox update. that is why. |
