Trainee To Junior Barista 30 points Junior Barista To Senior Barista 55 points Senior Barista To Supervising Staff 80 points Supervising Staff To Interviewer 120 points. Interviewer To Assistant Manager 150 points. Assistant Manager To Manager 200 points. All the rest of the ranks are earned do not ask for promotions when you have the points come to a Manager + and we will rank you just earn you way up :D :D :D :D
