So, Nuinik_Masters and I (rtrn), we have thought of a bill, this bill will be voted on to remove SF team for multiple reasons, see below for references and views from both of the councillors, we hope you fairly vote on this bill and do an honest vote of what you think.

The Special Forces has been lacking in activity, this is a major problem as it is taking up Las Vegas storage that could be used for something else, and in this video you can see some corruption from a Special Forces Conscript, 'Amphs', he is also an alt of 'Okuyama', and his join date is: 10/29/2016, obviously an alt, and yet he has been accepted into the Special Forces.
This is a big threat to the city as they are hiring alternative accounts, corrupt accounts, and criminal-minded operatives for their agency. This can impact Vegas in alot of ways, here is some proof of corruption from 'Amphs':

-Does not fulfill his job!
Just another thing, SF don't seem to be going to Vegas, which has no point for them to have a team if they aren't there.

I am done, we have found so much abuse with in SF. (SF means Special Forces) SF has been hiring criminals, one including Amphs. Amphs previously was a mass murder, and criminal. They are randomly hiring. I haven't seen one tryout or application from them. Just about two days ago they had about 20 people. Now they have 50! We will not allow free hiring and hiring criminals who are doing crimes WHILE on the job! We will hire previous criminals who stopped being criminals and want a job in USA. But we will not hire abusers, has SF ever checked a new recruits age and if they're an alt? I found Amphs and in the video he admits to being a alt and his age is 10/29/2016.

SF is good, they'll get active again soon.
and regardless, don't you have to give them a 2 week warning before you try to remove them for inactivity? it hasn't been done yet, and that's one of the reasons why you guys wanna remove them.

You don't have a reason to vote when,
A) We are recruiting + rebooting.
B) How could we have possibly known 'Amphs' was an alt.
C) We're all in High-School with homework such as Pre-calc, Ap Science, and etc. We also do have lives/sports.
D) We have BARELY patrolled LV such as Swat or FPS should, or even HLS.
Don't get started on us when theres others with the same heat as us. FPS hired 3 alts, HLS had 2, Swat had at least 6. Even SS had some. |

We can vote on things we think are good ideas.
A) We are recruiting + rebooting.
More like randomly accepting. Like I said I haven't seen tryouts nor applications.
B) How could we have possibly known 'Amphs' was an alt.

No pretty sure SF should patrol everyday. Gangs and other crime groups are rising. Also HLS, FPS, and Swat can at least have activity.

I hope you realize SF is currently not even close to finish
Dans announced a force release due to the president wanting them to release, while dans isn't done working on tech. Our next training is a week from now, and SF isn't close to done as of now.
I hope you also notice how we hosted numerous tryouts, but someone as dumb as you wouldn't have seen it.

Id love to vote aye but here is the issue:
1) No 2 week warning
2) Idk if SF is still a shutdown agency, or if it is back. If it is shutdown, there wouldn't need to be a warning, but if it got back up, then there needs to be a voting. So I'm gonna hold this bill and I'm voiding all votes on this bill until proof is represented that SF is shutdown or up.
