Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives assembled, PREAMBLE. The affirmation of the Open Carry Act has been requested by SWAT Commander Frostbleed. After looking into the issue, I found that the original Open Carry Act was repealed a while ago. By request of the SWAT Commander, to better the job done by the SWAT Team as well as other law enforcement agencies, this act was created. SECTION I. (a) This bill shall be referred to as the "Revised Open Carry Act." SECTION II. (a) Throughout this bill, the following terms shall be defined as stated below: 1. The term "open carry" shall refer to the act of anyone holding a gun out in a way that threatens anyone else. 2. The term "law enforcement" shall refer to any on-duty officer or agent that wields the power to detain and arrest anyone who commits an illegal action. 3. The term "life-endangering threat" shall refer to any situation where a life is at risk and a form of self defense is required. SECTION III. (a) If open carry is committed on private property, it shall be deemed illegal unless the owner of the property consents to the open carry. (b) Open carry shall be deemed illegal when committed on all public property. SECTION IV. (a) Open carry shall be recognized as a life-endangering threat and when used illegally using any sort of weapon in a protective way against it shall be deemed legal. (b) Anyone who uses open carry illegally to put a law enforcement agent or officer at risk may be detained and arrested without warning. SECTION V. (a) Any sort of legislation that is in conflict with this bill shall be hereby repealed. SECTION VI. (a) This bill shall take effect immediately once passed. Signed, Sen. Convext

This is completely limiting our open-carry rights. The word "threaten" and "risk" have many different connotations, just so you know. You're just giving LE a justification to arrest us whenever we pull out a firearm.
