Of the Target Handbook is some very important Information about Interviews. Please make sure to read it all, and if needed, contact a High Rank for more information. 1. Only interview 1 person at a time. 1.a - Take One Customer into the Interview Room at a time 1.b - If you Interview more than 1 at a time, you will speak with the President+ 1.c - If you fail to Interview correctly, you will be spoken to. 2. Never be mean to the Customer you're interviewing. 2.a - Being Rude/Insulting to a Customer, will result in a Demotion. 2.b - Being Mean to a Customer will make them not want to be with us. Don't do it. 2.c - Target Corporation® Does not want anyone feeling punished for things they dont do. 3. Be nice to the High Ranks around you. 3.a - Being Nice to a High Rank makes them feel good, and want to do their job. 3.b - Being rude/jerky to a High Rank, will result in the consequence from them. 4. Make sure your Customer feels comfortable. 4.a - Target Corporation® Wants all Customers to Feel Comfortable. 4.a Any Customer whom doesn't feel comfortable, and says something, make them feel good. 4.c Target doesn't want Staff being inappropriate to Customers. 5. Make sure they don't have any questions, before and after the interview. 5.a - If any Customer has any more questions, feel free to answer them. 5.b - If you do not know a answer to a question ask another Staff member. 5.c - If the Customer asks a Inappropriate question, tell a HR, and bring them there. 6. Don't rank skip and ONLY INTERVIEW CUSTOMERS. 6.a - Ranking anyone else besides customers, will result in a demotion. 6.b - Free Ranking is not okay, you you will be demoted. 6.c - If you SKIP rank, you will be taken to the President+ to speak to why you did. 7. ONLY RANK Customers to Trainee if they pass the interview. 7.a - Ranking Customers to any rank Besides Trainee, results in a Demotion. Section: II. =-=-= Interviewing Questions 1. Why did you come to Interviews today? ====== 2. What made you apply here to be a Trainee? ====== 3. What rank are you achieving for? ====== 4. Do you have any experiences at other Cafes? ====== 5. Do you admin abuse? ====== 6. At what rank do you achieve admin at? ====== 7. What rank do you achieve mod at? ====== 8. After you pass, will you use grammar and follow the rules? ====== 9. Name two commands that are abused. ====== 10. Are you a hard worker? ====== 11. Don't yell at other customers/workers. 1.A - Customers and Staff don't want you to be yelling at them. 1.b - Yelling at a Staff Customer, may result in a demotion. (MAY) 2. Never annoy or ignore an HR, worker or Customer. 2.a - Ignoring Staff. and Customers is Rude, And not exceptable at Target. 3. Never bully. 3.a - Don't Bully other staff or players, can cause a demotion. 4. Don't AA, workers with admin/mod. 4.a - Admin Abuse is not tolerated, just like anything else.
