If this bill passes: A shank dealer will be added into the Bureau of Prisons building. He will take over a cell, and the cell will lose its ability to have people spawn in it, similar to the lockpick dealer. The shank will cost 150 ingame cash, and will deal 30 damage per hit. The shank will also be considered an illegal item. Bill Proposed By Council President HershB Unknown ATRer, and pretty chill GFXer.

Aye, Make it so the dealer in the prison is illegal and if you go to BB&B you can buy one along with the app and it wouldn't be illegal. Just my idea but a good idea overall.
