Here's some features that I feel should require a verified email to use:
- Messaging
- Commenting
- Access to BC and Robux purchasing
- Forums
- Having more than 5 places (including inactive)
- Chatting in-game
- Chatting on the site
Even if someone were to create a stream of bots and have them verify with an email, the IP that the email was created at will be banned from accessing ROBLOX after 5 of these bots get banned. Plus after a certain amount of bots are created from said IP, the site brings up a captcha to ensure that the person making the bots is a human.
