Shouting is a key part in being an MR/HR and if done incorrectly can result in a warning. To properly shout, it is key to double check yourself and look at past shouts for guidance. Here will show a few examples of how to shout in a number of scenarios, and also what to shout and what not to shout. Note that you may modify the examples given below as you please, if you keep the important information within them.

||THE BASICS ||
Before anything, you need to know the basics of shouting. Note, you cannot shout off of a mobile device, so if you are in need of shouting and cannot, please contact a fellow MR/HR/SR to shout for you. If there is something in the shout that says 'SHOUT LOCK" in brackets, that means the shout must remain in the shout, or at the bottom of the shout if there is a session going on. Most shouts will most likely include the basics: event, host, ranks eligible to come, and slocking time or slocked.

|| INTERVIEW SESSIONS ||
Interview sessions should be shouted about at least 10-15 minutes before the session begins, to give people a chance to start heading down to the interview center. After the session has been running for about 5 minutes, slock the server and change the shout to slocked if you are the host, or the host has given you permission. Examples of the before slock and slock shouts are as follows.
BEFORE SLOCKING INTERVIEW SHOUT
| INTERVIEWS | Hosted by: (host's name) | Cohosted by: (optional) | Customers are welcome! | Slocking in: 10-15 minutes |
AFTER SLOCKING INTERVIEW SHOUT
| INTERVIEWS | SLOCKED | Sorry if you couldn't make it, there will be plenty more sessions! :)

|| TRAINING SESSIONS ||
Training session shout goes almost identical to the interview session shouts, the host may shout about 10-15 minutes before the session begins, slock and shout about the slock 5 minutes after it begins. The shout should go somewhere along the lines of as follows.
BEFORE SLOCKING TRAINING SHOUT
| TRAINING SESSION | Hosted by: (host's name) | Cohosted by: (optional) | Trainees - Head Waiter/Waitresses welcome! | Slocking in: 10-15 minutes |
AFTER SLOCKING TRAINING SHOUT
| TRAINING SESSION | SLOCKED | Sorry if you couldn't make it, there will be plenty more! In the meantime, head down to the cafe for some delicious Crepes! |

|| MEETINGS ||
Meetings are slightly different to shout about than the other events. This is because, only Board of Directors+ may host meetings, and meetings must be shouted about at least a few hours beforehand. In the shout be sure to include the time, in EST, and the ranks aloud to come. Examples being:
BEFORE SLOCKING MEETING SHOUT
| MEETING | Hosted By: (host's name) | Cohosted by: (optional) | (Ranks Welcome) Starting at 7:00 PM EST |
AFTER SLOCKING MEETING SHOUT
| MEETING | SLOCKED | Sorry if you couldn't make it, why not head down to the cafe for a refreshing latte? |

|| THE DO'S AND DONT'S OF SHOUTING ||
Here, you will find a list of what to post on the shout and what not to that will serve as a guideline when determining whether you should shout or not. If there is anything not on this list that you think should be shouted about, please message a BoD+############m whether or not it should be shouted about.
DO's
- DO shout about interview sessions before and after slocking
- DO shout about training sessions before and after slocking
- DO shout about meetings before and after slocking.
- DO shout a QoTD with a Board of Directors+ okay.
DON'T'S
- DON'T shout if you are leaving the group, we care very much, but please add it to the wall.
- DON'T shout about personal issues such as a family, friends, a pet, instead, we do care, but please add it to the group wall instead.
- DON'T shout if a hacker/troller is at the cafe/interview center. It will just cause chaos within the group.
- DON'T shout your answers to the QoTD, add them to the wall instead.
_________________________________________________________________________________________
Following these simple do's and don't's should lead to easy and successful shouting! Again, if there is an [ANN], [MSG], or [SHOUTLOCK], please add the message to the bottom of your shout if you are shouting a QoTD or session.
