Ladies and Gentlemen,
Notice how Spongi can say whatever he wants on the forums but if it was another Vaktovian (a private first class perhaps) he/she would've been demoted by now.
I'm not saying VAK is corrupt but as the codex states "YOUR ALWAYS ON DUTY" and Spongi is here on duty and is being offensive but yet no demotion or consequence has been given towards his actions
Possible reasons for no demotion/consequence:
