So I saw a thread on here about DBC, but it was kinda failed, so I decided to do a better one. DBC, would basically give you access to DevEX, and make the max number of places to 100. Other than that it would not give any more benefits than normal BC. It would be as cheap as TBC.

Oh, less benefits. But why? It won't be anything different. If you buy OBC to DevEx your achievements the it won't be different when you buy DBC and DevEx. You lose a tiny bit amount that you will win back in DevExing, it's not useful.
