Louis Thompson came to Thirlcrest Academy during his junior year, after moving due to his parents' divorce. He had little to no friends upon arriving at Thirlcrest, and a hobby of writing formed due to this. He kept a small journal in his back pocket, writing down things he'd observe at school and anything that came to mind. He wrote letters frequently, mostly to friends back home and his parents. Louis carried around a letter opener to open his letters with ease, but it would soon be used in more creative ways.
One day, he was threatened by a group of seniors after school. All he had was a letter opener and his journal with him. He knew he stood no chance, but he still utilized the letter opener as a weapon against the group. He took many blows and punches, but at least he exchanged a few cuts and slashes. Ever since then, Louis would sharpen his letter opener in his dormitory, as a safety precaution in his violent school. The letter opener was silver, and it was sharped to the tip. It would only be a few inches in size, therefore he could carry it around with ease. Louis' letter opener would prove to be his lifeline in Thirlcrest Academy. |
