Add a new tab when user made hats arrive

Yo know where the 'Browse by category' is? Well when user made hats arrive, it shouldd have its own tab thing that is called 'User Made Hats'. It will list hats made by users.

Yeah there probably will be, but, if a quest and lvl system ever arrive, you have to lvl up to unlock certain hats to use but if a lvl up system and a quest system dont come then you have to either A. Buy BC to unlock them either forever or until it ends. B. Buy them with robux.
