This, or at least lower the price on already used names. But with a cooldown to it so you can't just keep changing your name around. I can understand how it's an issue.

But, it would have a cool down of about a year before you can change to back to another previous name, to prevent exploiters from changing their name back and forth to avoid bans

that wouldn't affect anything, roblox fidns them by ip. but then doesnt ban them by ip a nuke just exploded outside my house

He meant bans from games. But even then, bans use their user ID.
