i dont understand your question so ill just say things
perpendicular bisectors are a lot like lines in that they go on forever and dont have a fixed end point (though convention means it rarely goes through the the side which it bisects). the point where they intersect is the circumcenter which is the center of the circle which circumscribes the triangle

(geometry was 3 years ago i think its been a while so)
update: apparently perpendicular bisectors are actually usually line segments reaching from the place where it bisects the side to the circumcenter. they would only be congruent if your triangle were equilateral
