It's late and i'm making this so it will not be detailed and everything.
We will use this forum to debate and decide on what we will do and you can propose rules on here to right now.
All rules have been abolished and we're redrafting our official rules.
Just post what you think should be basic rules that cannot be overturned by the council (trolling, spamming) and then rules that you propose that could be.
You can all discuss it on the forum.

I propose we automatically delete spam post and then "trolling" post can be voted on by the council since trolling can be viewed in different ways.
EXAMPLE ^
You can all draft up your own "rules" for the group and we can vote then and what not. |

1) prohibit hate speech whether it is about race,religion, etc..
2) prohibit trolling
3) prohibit spamming
anyone else got anything |

Leave the prohibition to Roblox. We are based off of 100% free speech, after all. |

1) council can not delete posts of an individual.
2) council must have a vote to ban or punish a member. vote will cover a 2 day period. The accused member will get a say and alaby concerning the accusation.
3) hate speech is a very vague term and can be interpreted in various forms which makes it unsensicle to punish someone for it.
4) elections for council will happen every 3 months, while administrators will be added by a council vote. once someone is a administrator, they can not be voted off, except for clear proof of rule breaking or 3 or more months of inactiveness. They may step down. Administrator term lasts for 6 months.
5) Discussion questions will be controlled and monitered by both the council and admins.
6) if a council member or administrator is accused of a crime, they will give an alaby but will not get a vote in the votes casted for or against them.
7) all bannings from the council must be open to debate community. If fifteen or more people have an issue with the vote, it must be reinvestigated and another trial must take place. |

Lastly,a council may delete something they see as spam, but if complaints arise, it will be investigated to determine if it was spam or not. |

Also i'm just saying in my opinion "hate speech" should just be banned by roblox bc we allow fascist and some of them re racist but i mean let roblox do that |

FYI I'm gonna need the council vote to be either during the day time before 2pm PST or on the weekend Since I work the night shift and wouldn't be able to cast my vote. |

1) Prohibit Death Threats
2) Can't exile without vote from Council
3) UNANIMOUS VOTE
4) You can delete posts if you think it's OBVIOUS trolling and spamming. (Clever trolling is ok, like sarcastically.) |
