October 11th, 2041. S.C.A.R. Is formed by two people One named "Tenno",Who always wanted to copy the old pre-war "hit-men" so he used them as a inspiration and using there groups as a base to build his own.The other is "Black Jack" Not much is known of him other then he was a major part of forming S.C.A.R. They use this group to sell "hits" or kills as a "hit man" group using the motto "We always complete our hits. Dead or Alive" As a business quote for there future clients.Dec 26th 2047.As there numbers slowly grow there fear base in the metro grows as does the blood spilled over greed and hate, as is life underground.
