i started out doing 16, then 20, then dropped down, evened up the total and finished out in sets of 15s and 20s |

but i just got done working out about an hour ago
benched about 100-115
curled 65 and 75, dumbells-29 and 32
did pushups
shoulder shrugs
it wasnt really a workout just seeing what i could do
added about 50 total pushups in during the whole workout |

even though i'm skinny i am pretty strong for my size, so i'm really good at exercises that use your body weight against you, like this or pullups. i can't lift for crap though.
