It won't let me join ANY VIP server even when my friends are putting me on the list especially and check all settings all it says is “Could not connect to game, please try again later.” everytime no matter what game..

press the gear symbol in the top right, go to the "Privacy" tab, find "Who can invite me to VIP servers" and change it to "All Users". you don't have to keep it like this forever; just tell me if it works so we can narrow the search.

alright, now that we've narrowed it down there's a few things we can try.
-have your friend generate a new VIP server link and provide you with it.
-have your friend double check that the VIP server is active.
-have your friend check the box that says "Friends Allowed", then try joining.
-read this for more information: https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/205345050/
after you do those four things, let me know and then there's around one last thing we can try.

Aye, he's done it all.. this is the 10th time this month it hasn't worked, actually hasn't worked at all.

For some reason it won't let me put in the link for my VIP server, do i even need to do it?

These probably won't work...
Try it on a different account just to see if it's a account problem.
Try using a invite link.
Try contacting support.
