Most likely you are in R16 and your hat is not compatible with R16. But If your in R6, you can be pretty confused. Try re-buying it! If that does not exceed, try waiting, it should pop up within a day.

re-buying it would not work and nobody would be willing to do it.. also, the hat would load on your r15 no matter what.

There's no R16.. And, your method is wrong. You cannot re buy stuff. If you don't know, don't say.

there is NO R16 there IS R15 and deleting things to rebuy it doesn't fix anything, instead it creates more problems
