The constitution states all of the laws and bills passed in Docklands The bill of rights are all the rights you have as a citizen of the state

When Docklands is in Martial law or a state of emergency

To be there to fight and protect docklands during an extreme crisis

1) You are patrolling and on the radio someone call's a 10-80 near Capital, what do you do?
I respond immediately and call for a block of all roads leading to the explosion i then approach the suspect as accordingly and arrest them as soon as possible
(TRUE SCENARIO)
2) A random civilian spawned at Citizen Spawn, A Government Official then spawns after him then begins to walk towards the Car Dealership. The citizen follows the Government Official then takes out an Uzi and begins to attack. Your driving near the action and the criminal spots you and begins to flee in a vehicle that was about to de-spawn. What should you do? What do you call on radio? I should try to stop the vehicle but if they keep going i will call for a Code 3 Police unit to come and Pursue them as soon as high priority
3) A wanted hostile begins evading in their car and you are on ground with your Humvee behind you, what do you do? I call for special officer units and attempt to disable the vehicle
