[INTRODUCTION]
The DBA uses only *REAL* NBA teams. No streetball teams are used. We use standard LBA hoops, originally derived from the 2009-2015 DBA that was widely known. We also use standard DBA balls. Other than that, DBA is a unique league hoping to take the world of basketball by storm!

OOB - Out of Bounds
BC - Back Court Violation
GT - Goal Tending
OGT - Offensive Goal Tending
HC - Head Coach
AC - Assistant Coach

[GENERAL RULES]
1. No spamming on the wall.
2. No advertising on the wall.
3. No ranking players without proof.
4. Coaches are only allowed TWO AHCs.
5. The roster limit for Season is 20 players.
6. The roster limit for Pre-Season Tournament is 15 players.
7. Coaches must have a minimum of 6 players at all times.
8. No shouting over the Commissioner without a good reason.
9. Drafted players can demand a release without playing a game.
10. Signed players can demand a release after playing 3 games.

[GAME RULES]
1. 3v3 is minimum, 5v5 is maximum.
2. The home team chooses between 3v3 through 5v5. If both teams have 4+ players, 3v3 is not allowed.
4. Each quarter is 8 minutes long.
5. There is a 30-second intermission between each quarter.
6. The home team chooses if they want halftime.
7. Halftime is 2 minutes long.
8. Each team has 8 timeouts to use in a game.
9. The only people allowed to referee are OC+.
10. Substitutions count as a timeout.
11. If a Coach FFs 3 times, he/she will be fired.
12. The clock doesn't stop unless, OOB, FOUL, TECH, SUBS, T/Os, etc...
13. If you go up for a dunk and miss the rim and hit the ground, it will be called as a travel.
14. You may inbound press on OOB.
15. You can press at the end of each quarter with 1:00 left to go and 2:00 minutes in the 4TH quarter.
16. If a team is down 20 or more points, they are allowed to press, until they get below that amount.
17. EBL hop is allowed.
18. Max Power is 85, anything above 85 will not count. YOU MAY ONLY GO ABOVE 85 IF ITS A #U######EATER.
19. A tech gives you 2 FTs, and a half-court IB.
20. For a shot to count, the ball has to go inside the net, not in and out with. The shot has to be made, the "swish" gui doesnt determine if the shot is made.

[FOULS]
1. Shot clock Violation = When a team does not sh#####h###a####n 24 seconds. Opposing teams' ball.
2. 10 Second Violation = When the player with the ball cannot cross HC in 10 seconds. Opposing teams' ball.
3. Press = When the defense crosses HC to steal the ball from the offense. Opposing teams' ball. 3 presses = technical foul.
4. Technical Foul = When a player presses 3 times or argues with the referee. 1 free throw and opposing teams' ball.
5. 3 Second Violation = When ANY player stays in the paint, without movement, for 3+ seconds. Opposing teams' ball.
6. Backcourt Violation = When a player on the offense crosses HC, then goes back to the original side. Opposing teams' ball.
7. Self = When a player passes/inbound to him or herself. Opposing teams' ball.
8. 5 Second Violation = When a team doesn't inbound in less than 5 seconds. Opposing teams' ball.
9. Fastbreak 3 = When a player shoots a 3 anywhere other than the corner, and no one is in front of him/her. No count and opposing teams' ball.

[CONSEQUENCES]
1st-time violation = Warning
2nd time violation = 1 game suspension
3rd time violation = 5 game suspension
4th-time violation = Season suspension
5th-time violation = Kicked out of DBA

[PRE-SEASON TOURNAMENT]
DBA will be having a Pre-Season Tournament. The purpose of the pre-season tournament is to introduce new players and coaches to how great DBA is. The tournament will be structured like playoffs, which is below. Winning team gets custom cards made for their entire tournament roster.

[PLAYOFFS]
There are 16 games in a season. The playoff structure goes like this: 1st seed vs 4th seed and 2nd seed vs 3rd seed. The winners play in the finals, while the losers compete for 3rd place. Each series is best of 5.
