Negotiating with twelve year olds is easy, because it's most likely that you'll be able to manipulate them to do what you want and rig a victory.
Though if you can't get under your opponent's skin in negotiations, you get scared and call off the war.
Pathetic isn't it? You rally for the support of clans but you rally for your own glory, the title, and ego.
Those who work hard get no credit while others say they want to fix what is broken and have no idea where to start. |

its just 2 year roblox players pm botting people nowadays alongside wannabe and self proclaimed top 10'ers getting in members to their weak and generic power clan
ive been on this game 8 years, been working with clans since 2010 and still do but no, all them good members go to some trash owners
its not as if i care anyway, my group members are only here for the fun, i dont care about looking like a big boy leader as vaktus thinks he is and iso
ive been half retired since 2012 to care with the clan world anymore

the problem with clans is that all the clans are too afraid to lose
leaders dont look and see how much fun the members are having, they just dont want to be flamed on c7g for losing

Negotiating is easy if you can comply and compromise. You should not worry for negotiations in the first place, this is war, not a scrimmage, not a football tournament, not a game of ping pong.
Your silly "points" for victory only make people more scared to go to war and prove nothing anyways.
You should fight for your ideals, what you believe in. Not for a competition, otherwise you should stay purely an RCL clan, because that's as competitive as it gets. |

wars are boring. no fun, just yelling at each other. low energy.
the only clans worthwhile to interact with nowadays are superclans for the most part since they're focused on fun, growth, and community rather than winning, winning, and winning.

That's basically what my clan is all about. I don't care about raiding or winning wars, I'm more focused on consistency and giving my members what they want, not just boring training's all the time, I like to mix things up and bring in events that relate to our group lore. All I want for my group is a good community I can share memories with, but nobody seems to appreciate that.
