[Introduction]
Hello fellow citizens and Government Officials of Docklands and the City of Harford. I am GovKanyeWest a humble citizen who aspires to change Docklands for the greater good and introduce it into an age of "prosperity and peace". As a result of this I am announcing that I am running in the elections for the Mayor of Docklands.
[Ambitions and changes]
These past few days has made me really ashamed of Docklands; the constant violence, the ongoing killings and the infinite unrest. Due to this I have made it my mission to improve the flaws of Docklands and make it a State that we are proud to be! I vow, that i will make Docklands a great State that it used to be. I shall never ever give up and shall persevere until my job is done as repairing Docklands. Futhermore, it is an ambition of mine to work with other Government Officials in harmony to restore the peace in Docklands that is heavily needed. And due to the recent Snowstorms and wild weather, we need someone who can properly tackle the office of Mayor. We need someone who knows what they can do. Here are my ideas if I am elected Mayor.
1: Establish of a City Council. Will include 3-4 Members of the public elected to the role. Will be ranked to Capital Staff and a Representative from DPD will be on the City Council.
2: Establish of tourist attractions, we should more tourist attractions in Harford, such as a Theme Park.
3: Growth of Business,Shipping and Industry, In my opinion People should be able to buy boats in Harford to take on the waters when the DPD Marine Division is completed. We also need more Business in Harford, having a place where you can buy boats will greatly improve the city.
4: I am always on the lookout for more ideas to be added, so if you have more PM them to me!

The two most crucial characteristics that I believe that a Mayor must possess are activity and behaviour. As a result of my strong belief of this, I now have these characteristics. Furthermore, I believe that Government Officials must talk to their Citizens to keep connection between the Government and the people very strong. Moreover, i believe that Government Officials are the role models of Docklands and must act accordingly, therefore I have no tolerance for those who commit crimes.
So, for "Prosperity and peace" vote Kanye for Mayor.

Citizens of Docklands. We all know our great state isn't perfect. We know that there are things we need to work on and if I am elected deputy mayor, with GovKanyeWest, I will strive to take down corruption with these acts:

CORRUPTION: Our police department. A corrupt, evil and shady department. As Mayor i will work to limit DPD's Control over Docklands. I intend to limit the DPD's power by doing these three things:
1) Enhance the amount of State troopers. I will train and hire State troopers to protect our citizens, even from DPD.
2) Pass The "Shots Fired" Act. This act will state that if a citizens shoots or kills a DPD Officer with a LEGAL gun and has valid evidence the officer was harassing oneself, Then the Officer will be ranked AOS and will be suspended from the force or banned.
3) As Mayor, i will make sure every and any person who is shot, robbed, mugged, etc. will be issued a public attorney and go to court (if they want to). I will also stop corruption in the law system an prevent any people from being deemed innocent because of there status or position.

Would support, but after seeing that you plagiarized Monaldo's (AntonDexlar) Speech, I am disappointed that you would even do that. I'm sorry GovKanyeWest, but I will not support this speech. I advise other people to do the same. We want a City Mayor that knows what they are doing, and writes their OWN speeches, instead of plagiarizing others speeches.
