【Introduction】
Hello fellow citizens of State of Rowland! I am Director Candidate for State of Rowland, WarriorMasterKiller. I am running for this term and I want to make or change some ideas about Rowland Dept of Transportation. As you can see, Rowland Dept of Transportation was basically a inactive group so far. The reason was because they were never hiring any employees back then when the group was made. If you elect me as the Director of RDoT, I'm glad to help out in the department and make changes within the department.

【Background】
I joined Rowland in the mid-2016's from hearing from my friend who plays Roblox about a group that is currently new. As it began there, I heard that many positions were opened so I tried it out since I'm fully experienced. Although, I don't have enough experience within the State of Rowland, but I do have experience in other different States and departments that's related to the Transportation department.

【Why I should be chosen?】
I should be chosen as the Director of RDoT due to my past experience, and current jobs. I've been an Instructor in Rockport DOT and Rockport DPS, Former Supervisor in Rockport Dept of Transportation Current [HR] Superintendent in TRC, Former Head Supervisor in Docklands Dept of Transportation, Former Chief Master Sergeant in TRC:AC, and I'm currently a Senator of Rockport. I am a former Inspector General of Rockport Department of Justice which in order to get that rank, you'll have to be a State Certified Attorney by passing a BAR Exam about laws. Overall, all my jobs do prove my potential leadership.

【Plans/Changes】
- Bus/Taxi guidelines: Planning to make a Bus/Taxi guidelines into the Rules and Guidelines to ensure that every Bus drivers and Taxi drivers know what they are expected to do and things that isn’t allowed.
- Patrol logs: Patrol logs are to be given to the roles between Taxi driver and Instructor to ensure that the department is active. Patrol logs are to be sent at least once a week of a minimum of 30 minutes of shift in the cities. Instructors are to do the same thing but including tryout/training logs when they are doing a tryout/training.
- Job reports: Each and every Supervisors in the department are to do a report for their assigned jobs once a week. 2 Supervisors are to be assigned for 1 job such as Head/Deputy Head of Training/Tryouts, Suspensions, Instructors, etc. The Head and the Deputy Head of the jobs will be decided by the Deputy Director+ of the department.
- Applications: When the department is hiring new employees into the department, all citizens that are applying for the job MUST have the following requirements (To be added if elected). They also have to fill out applications to apply for the job and same for employees in the department who wants to apply for instructor/supervisor. If the department is hiring, it’ll be shouted on the State of Rowland shout. Once employees are accepted, they’ll be receiving a PM about their acceptance into the department.
- Tryout sessions: Every instructor MUST host at least 2 tryout sessions per week and supervisors MUST host at least 1 tryout sessions per week. There will be 4 different tryout sessions that employees have to take before moving on to their rank they want to be. Session 1 is to review the tools that are equipped on duty, how to properly use the tools, and a introduction of the RDoT Rules and Guidelines. Session 2 will be covering the proper usage of radio, demonstrating the controls of the department vehicles, and take/complete the driving test. Session 3 will be covering how to operate the department vehicles properly to see which vehicle/role they would like to be certified with. There are different sessions for different roles so if an employee wants to be certified to another vehicle when they are certified to one already, they’ll have to take the sessions for the vehicle they want to operate for their 2nd certification.
- Towing operations: If you are towing a vehicle in the cities, law enforcement officers MUST come and assist the operators while towing the vehicle. This is to ensure the civilians safety around the area. It also helps preventing any civilians interfering their jobs.

【Conclusion】
I would like to thank all the citizens of Rowland who've read my speech to become a Director of Rowland Dept of Transportation! Hopefully, you guys will support me and I promise to make the laws come true to make the department a better department!
