ROBLOX GFX PROBLEM! (Please help ASAP!)

Hi! I;m Cindy. I'd really appreciate some help on a matter of mine.. So, I was trying to make some GFX. I used the asset down-loader and got my character in studio. I'm having a problem where my head is separated from my body. Could someone please tell me how to fix this? I can't make GFX without it. Thanks.

This seems to be a problem with your asset downloader. Try using a traditional method to getting the character rig.
