Put a warning icon when your chat message will be tagged

And depending on who it will be tagged for White Warning Sign (⚠) = Tagged for players under 13 ⚠️ = Tagged for all players also, show what part of the chat will be tagged (preview) P.S. when you tag things on the forums please do not destroy all the newlines, its really annoying.
