II: -[Promotion System]-
We do not promote Soldiers in overall training's. Soldier's will be given recommendations by their officer that is training. Due to the size of the training turn out the officer is allowed to pick how many (RECS) he/she would like to give out. The trainer is also allowed to give out a max of 2 (RECS) to each person they feel rocketed through the training. All (RECS) must be sent to an HR and or Above. Maximum (RECS) needed for LR is 3. MR is 14. HR(0) HC(0) Both are hand picked.

III: -[Admin Commands]-
Having admin is a privilege given to you with trust. It is not an opportunity for you to have fun with it, such as admin abusing. Admin Commands are only to be used when necessary or during events such as a Raid, or Training.

IV: -[Shouts & Shout Tags]-
A proper shout includes grammar, a shout tag, and what is going on. It is used to inform a group about any news regarding the Group. It is also used to link any place you are required to head to, otherwise events. Shouts are not used to tell Jokes, Immaturity, and to be used in all Caps.
[MSG] - Short Term for "Message"
[TRAINING] - Informs of a Current, or already happened training.
[PR] - Short term for "Practice Raid"
[RAID] - Informs of a Current, or already happened raid.

V: -[Demotions]-
If an officer is acting highly immature, or if AAing is involved the officer will be demoted two ranks below his/her current rank. Also includes soldiers who misbehave.
Using faces such as "XD" or ":(" is illegal. If seen you will be given warnings, if the situation gets out of hand consequences will result in a demotion.
Flaming others, insubordination, and TKing will result in a possible demotion.

King - "Your, Majesty" or "Do, Shoilse"
Queen - "Your, Grace" or " Do, Soilse"
Nobility - "Yes, M'Lord, Yes M'Lady" No need for Irish.
HC - "Yes, Sire"
HR - "Yes, Sir"
MR - (Call by Ranking) Ex: Yes, Captain.
LR - (Call by Ranking) Ex: Get to work, Caporal.
