What does Washington DC mean to all of you? Most of you can think back on the great times we have had in Washington, as I can too. Some of these great times have been characterized by what I have doing at the time, or the people I have had the time with, but all enjoyment at DC has had one underlying factor. That would be activity. On the city council, I will bring the perfect system to return the activity of DC that we all know and love. This is the approach of making it easier, and giving citizens the ability to do more, specifically by expanding the ways and ease that one can commit crime. This may sound a bit confusing, but let me explain the benefits and the theory behind this. Citizens are drawn when they have places to interact with, that feel immersive, and allow them to have fun. What accomplishes this the most, is the breaking of laws. But, whenever a law is broken there must be law enforcement to combat the crime. For example, if one person committed a crime, several law enforcement officials would have to show up and stop the crime, and as more individuals came to DC, and more law enforcement come to combat them, the overall activity of Washington would go up for the better. This is not a system that will harm the citizens, destroy our laws, and cause problems, but will simply provide greater activity to the citizens and those who work for the government alike. I ask all of you to understand this system, and give me the opportunity to implement it. I also hold an immense amount of experience in the government, I’m not a newcomer with a fringe idea. Though I have other plans, this is just one of the few I wanted to highlight that sets me unique from the other candidates.. In addition, I also have experience working directly in the DC city council, to congress, to Deputy Director of the Federal Protection Service, the Joint Staff in the United States Military as well as many other positions, and most recently as the Deputy Secretary of Defense. I would like all of you to consider my experience both in and out of DC, as well as my plan to bring back Washington DC to the place we all remember.
