The rest will pretty much be old regular LBA rules
I do not know when the league will start it will more than likely be after December is over, and the longer it takes to get an entire staff team the longer the delay will be understand running a league with an underhanded staff, or an inactive one is not the easiest thing to do, and is discouraging to even continue the league.
