You have a better chance of being promoted if you are active in the Royal Navy and the United Kingdom. Classes will only take 10-15 minutes each and subjects will be skipped if everyone has mastered the subject being taught. All requirements will be taught in class. Outdoor trainings will take up to an hour, especially maritime trainings. Stage One - Midshipman - Militarization Although you may have had lots of experience in the navy, this stage is meant to make you combat ready and also more disciplined and more mature. It will include you doing lots of drills, trainings, obstacle courses, and combat on land, all classes will be outside except for a class on etiquette, where you'll be tested on how to treat others and more. Stage Two - Midshipman - Leadership Here you will take turns leading your classmates into combat, drills, or trainings. It will test how good you are at actually leading people and taking care of them. Again this will be an outside sort of class. Stage Three - Sub Lieutenant - Marinisation This stage will teach you how to handle your ship, from actually taking it out to sea, to learning how everything works and also correct terms. From ship gunnery, to knowing how to handle the ship, this will mostly have its tests indoors and it's activities outdoors, with lots of scenarios being used to test your knowledge of how to handle you ship and crew safely. Stage Four - Sub Lieutenant - Marinisation Leadership This is the final stage where you'll put all you have learned into account and go through the toughest challenges, you will not be given gifted crews, you'll be given ones that don't want to cooperate, you'll be put on the front line, no simulation to test your resilience to failure, fail this and you will have to retake the entire college.
