I. OBP: Overall Battle Power. OBP starts at 1,000, and goes up by 10 percent for every hour you train. OBP is capped by rank.

High OBPs naturally make you strong, however, just because you are strong it doesn't make you a god. You are human, do not godmod.
II. Training: 10 percent for every hour you TRAIN or do Missions. 5 percent for every full contact fight. This is NOT a Zenkai boost. You don't get stronger by your friend constantly hitting you. To qualify for the 5 percent it must be atleast a 10 minute fight.
You may purchase a trainer who could give you a training boost (must be approved by Mister_Jay, Mister_Pure, or Gamabuntaa)
III. Ryo: The currency for this game. Missions give you Ryo. You start off at 10, and genin level missions allow for you to get 200 Ryo per mission. Chuunin level missions give you up to 5,000. Missions higher will be set by the village's Kage, however over 5,000 has to be confirmed by Mister_Jay, Mister_Pure, or Gamabuntaa)
You can purchase summoning scrolls, weapons, and etc for Ryo.
Speciality weapons can be bought with robux or ryo. (Confirmed by Mister_Jay, Mister_Pure, or Gamabuntaa)
IV. Summonings are purchased from the Hokage or a Sannin. (Confirmed by Mister_Jay, Mister_Pure, or Gamabuntaa). You must be a Chuunin to achieve a Summoning, and to get Sage mode you must train with it for atleast 10 days, and have a OBP of 500k. (Approved by Mister_Jay, Mister_Pure, or Gamabuntaa) Jins: Will be selected and carefully tested, some will be event Jins.
Rage Jin Cloak: X2-X3.
Be logical, jins. You will not be transforming every other second, nor will you be able to master your Jin in one day.
Befriending your Jin takes atleast 30 REAL life days, (only exception will be MRPs if Mister_Jay, Mister_Pure, or Gamabuntaa allow it.)
Chakra Control is likely more difficult for you all versus regular shinobi.

Kill a best friend or a relative.
Eternal Mangekyou: (Must be Approved by Mister_Jay, Mister_Pure, or Gamabuntaa)
Take the eyes of a best friend or relative. (They have to also be Mangekyou)
Rinnegan: (Must be approved by Mister_Jay, Mister_Pure, or Gamabuntaa)
Be a reincarnation of Indra or Hagoromo, or steal from the aforementioned reincarnations.
Rinne-Sharingan:
Have both Rinnegan and be the 10-tails jinchuuriki.
Tenseigan:
Be an Otsutsuki (ULTRA-ULTRA-ULTRA-ULTRA RARE) and gain a Main Branch Hyuuga's eyes.
VI: Sharingan, Rinnegan, and Tenseigan Abilities
1 Tomoe Sharingan - User is able to see chakra and distinguish different people's chakra by composition and source. Can detect irregularities in chakra flow (such as those produced by genjutsu). Increased clarity of perception. The ability to copy almost any jutsu they see and modify it to meet their needs (does not include kekkei genkai and nature jutsu you don't know yet)
2 Tomoe Sharingan - User is granted access to the "Genjutsu : Sharingan", a Genjutsu that can be manipulated to meet the needs of the user (can only be used through eye contact) + Everything stated in the 1 Tomoe Sharingan
3 Tomoe Sharingan - User is able to copy movements almost perfectly, and can even (with the addition of "Genjutsu : Sharingan") see into the future (figure out how to do this yourself. Ask an admin if you did it right.) + Everything stated in 2 and 3 Tomoe Sharingan
Mangekyou Sharingan - User is granted access to 2 of the seen in show Mangekyou abilities (1 Custom Ability will replace the 2 Show Abilities). The user can only perform these abilities 5 times before slight blindness takes effect (tunnel vision, poor depth perception, foggy vision, etc.) and 10 times before total blindness. + Everything stated in 3 Tomoe Sharingan
Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan - User is granted access to everything stated in Mangekyou Sharingan, except they are allowed chakra restricting infinite use of the Mangekyou abilities.
1 Eye Rinnegan - Grants access to the ability to see chakra and the flow of it (cannot see through obstructions) + 3 of the seen in show Rinnegan Abilities (1 Custom ability will replace the 3 show abilities)
2 Eyed Rinnegan - Everything in 1 Eye Rinnegan (6 abilities instead of 3, 2 customs replace the 6) + all nature transformations are easier to learn, can create black receivers that transmit chakra, can nullify Infinite Tsukuyomi
LIMBO HAS TO BE APPROVED BY MISTER_JAY, MISTER_PURE, OR GAMABUNTAA
Tenseigan - Grants access to the control of attractive and repulsive forces, Tenseigan Chakra Mode (which gives truth seeking balls + extremely enhanced physical abilities), and can move the moon towards Earth
