Section I: The Mayor of any city in the County of Stapleton must create a draft of the City Charter. Then he will have to hold elections for City Council. The mayor will be able to choose how Councilmen are put into office. After the Councilmen are in office, they must approve or edit the City Charter. Section II: The cities must have a Trello Board for their laws and ordinances. The Mayor must provide the County Government with a link to the board to we can overview what they are doing. Section III: The City laws must follow the laws of the County. Any laws that contradict the County and State laws will be null and void. Section IV: The term of the Mayor is four (4) months long, and the Municipal Government can decide whether or not to have term limits. Section V: The County Executive will oversee progress in the City Government. Section VI: The County and State has the ability to strike down laws that are either unconstitutional, contradict with other legislation, or violates the County Charter. Section VII: All laws that contradict this legislation is hereby null and void.
