[System Updates] New Point system will be added. MRs and LRs will be given 5 Points if they are Active and Hardworking. LRs need 20 points to be promoted. MRs you need 75 Points. [Note] MRs might not be promoted to HR unless said by the Chairman/Chairwomen. If any member of staff catches you pointing yourselve you will face a consequence.
[Warning system] If you get any warnings/Demotions it will be added/noted on Trello. We will use this system due to the note system not being 100% perfect. We will be using this for a long period of time. Alex and I will be in charge of the warning system. You must be a HR to be added to the warning system. You have to download trello before we can add you.
