Hello, I am here today to announce my candidacy for Mayor of Moscow. I am the current Chairman of the centrist Smart Russia party.
I am running for Mayor primarily because Moscow as a whole is in shambles. Money making machines have been broken for how long now, military radios are broken, etc. The city's primary issue is a lack of developmental structure. As Moscow stands, its primary draw is crime. People go there to commit crimes, buy guns, shoot a bunch of people, and those criminals bring on cops and government employees. That's how Moscow has been for the longest time now. I would attempt to make guns cheaper in Moscow, so that they are easier to buy and use in the city, increasing crime. My power, or really any politician's power over development in Moscow is next to none, as our developers work rather independently, pretty much adding and fixing whatever whenever. I would attempt to recruit more developers that would be able to work on Moscow, adding and fixing things that we need and want. The development of Moscow V3 is coming along, the release of which will see a new and improved Moscow with more things to do than just crime. As the former/current General of the Police, I understand how law and crime work in Moscow. I know the best ways to keep an active, productive city that will stand as a strong capital until our new Moscow V3 is complete.

@super Yes. Crime is activity for the city of Moscow in its current state. There's nothing to do other than crime. So crime is what we do for activity and to keep the city alive. When Moscow V3 is finished, with more things to do than just crime, we will focus on making crime harder to commit. However, as is, crime is the life and blood of current Moscow, it's something that needs to be fed.

@Roxas You are ruining the Russian feel. There has to be crime for people to gain jobs. As Federal Protective Service director, my duty is to protect. Without threats, my job is not possible. |

Moscow V3 isn't happening, the developers gave up ages ago, why do you think we've had the same Moscow since last December, maybe even longer? |

Seph is building Moscow V3 every day and has been for a while now. I see him on studio every day building V3. And we already have scripts and tools from current Moscow to transfer over, so all that really has to be done is building.
