Hello, I am Commandant Hapian2, Commanding Officer of the Army of Darkness, we've had a lot of problems with rule violators, and since we don't have written rules, no-one knows the rules which to follow. (S = Section)
Code of Conduct:
S1. All rules in the Code of Conduct are to be followed by everyone, including the Assistant Commandant and the Commandant.
Administration Laws:
S2. No forms of Admin Abuse will occur, including teleporting people around the base, randomly killing people for no reason at all...etc.
S3. No Status Post Abusing will occur (Example: "Omg, i luv pizza!!!!" in the group shout).
S4. No random Post deletions will occur (Example: If someone asks a reasonable question in the group wall, you will not delete their post).
S5. No member shall be kicked for unjust reasons.
S6. No member shall be promoted and/or demoted without a reasonable reason.
S7. No Officer shall add and/or remove personal servers to the group without the Commandant's permission.
S8. No Officer shall create group items without the Commandant's Authorization.
S9. No Officer shall configure group items without the Commandant's Authorization.
S10. No Officer shall advertise the group without the Commandant's Permission.
S11. No Officer shall spend the group funds on advertising without the Commandant's Permission.
S12. No Officer shall create and/or configure group games without the Commandant's Permission.
Harassment Laws:
S13. No Enlisted or Officer should insult any member in any shape or form.
S14. No Senior NCO or Officer should use Admin on anyone to punish them.
S15. No Enlisted or Officer should ever swear or use inappropriate content.
S16. No Enlisted or Officer should ever talk back to anyone higher ranked then them unless that someone has broken Section 13 of the Code of Conduct.
S17. No member or civilian should ever be wrongfully imprisoned.
S18. No member or civilian should ever be killed with any type of weapon for no reason.
S19. No member or civilian should ever be yelled at unless during training and/or for a reasonable reason.
S20. No member or civilian should ever feel uncomfortable while talking to any member or civilian, if they do feel uncomfortable, they are entitled to tell them how they feel.
S21. No member or civilian should hack and/or exploit in the base.
Training Laws:
S22. No member or civilian should interrupt during any trainings including Recruit Training.
S23. No Officer should abuse their powers during any training.
S24. No Officer should double or triple promote without permission and reason from the Commandant.
S25. No Trainee should ever have to do more than 60 grammar jacks unless for punishment.
S26. No Trainee should have to do more than 6 laps around the Track unless for punishment.
Uniform Laws:
S27. All members must wear the correct uniforms or they can be charged with "stolen valor"
S28. All members should be in 1.0 or the "Normal Package", meaning..no 2.0, superhero package, etc...
S29. All members should be wearing the correct cover (Hat) for their rank.
S30. All members should be wearing the correct hair displayed in the Supply Bunker.
S31. No accessories should be worn...Pony Tails, ears, Tails, etc...
S32#########bers should use the normal skin colours (Human skin colours)
S33. No member will reset while in uniform without a 100% reason.
S34. Male members will wear the short hairs and female will wear the bun.
MP Laws:
S35. No members of the MP will taze anyone without a reasonable reason.
S36. No members of the MP will detain anyone without a reasonable reason.
S37. No members of the MP will shoot/kill anyone without a reasonable reason.
S38. No members of the MP will cuff anyone without a reasonable reason.
S39. No members of the MP will abuse the Radio.
Respecting Others:
S40. All members should respect each other, no matter what rank you are.
S41. All members should address each other by their ranks followed by their names out of respect for each other.
S42. All members should address the Commandant by "Commandant" or "Ma'am" not "Hap". The only member who can get away with calling me "Hap" is the Assistant Commandant.
S43. All Officers should be addressed as "Sir" or "Ma'am" during trainings or any event.
AOD Rights:
S44. All members have the right to become an Officer.
S45. All members have the right to a defense lawyer while in Military Court.
S46. All members have the right to become the Assistant Commandant.
S47. All members have the right to walk away from a training if the Instructor violates at least 2 of the Harassment Laws.
S48. All MP have the right to detain any member that violates the Code of Conduct regarding their rank, except for the Assistant Commandant and the Commandant.
S49. Any and All MP have the right to be a Lawyer in Military Court.
S50. All members have the right to a promotion.
S51. All members have the right to gain and lose Gold Stars.
