【Introduction】

Hello, I am current (HR) Superintendent Francis_JUnderwood also known as TSUAnthony. Over the past almost year of being in Docklands Police Department I have encountered many problems needing fixing. Instead of boring you guys with a long speech and put fake things like “i will stop favoritism” I will be honest with you guys. DPD has its ups and downs, I have seen it, to all those LRs and MRs who think I haven't seen what they have, it's wrong, I have seen everything from abuse, AA, corruption from past AC’s. Now let's get on with the speech, currently I am DPD:SWAT Commander, State of Docklands Chief of Staff (Won’t be COS if I achieve AC) and also Justice Adviser for DJB. I have lots of experience for being a leader and helping those in need.

【Goals】
I plan to set up a type of “Complaint” place for all Docklands Officers so they can send me suspension requests and just overall ideas for DPD.
I plan to try and host a few MR trainings.
Me and Anton will hopefully re-do the HR Training Strikes so they are more efficient and work well.
I plan to be strict on suspensions and make sure abuse is to a minimal
I plan to be active at Harford on DPD team to watch for abusers (Like I do currently)
I want to work with the HRs to make sure we can fix activity.
Maturity, I want to try and fix it at training places, I plan to try and talking with Chief iKingMrJohn to make strict rules about maturity at Training when spectating or hosting.
I would also like to try and start going over the laws in SOD so all Officers know them and also Miranda Rights.

【Why Choose me?】
Why should you support me over the other candidates? Well, for one I plan to help MRs and LRs with abuse reports and making sure they are being submitted and reviewed. Another reason you should choose me is, I am active, I am on everyday and go to most trainings. I want to do this for the MRs and LRs of DPD and try and assist them, as I was once a Low Rank and Middle Rank before and I know the problems you face. I want you to pick someone who is active, non-corrupt, and is very willing to help and assist those in need.

I support TSU for Assistant Chief. He's one of the only Suoerintendents who would qualify for such a role at this point in time. TSU is a hard worker and ensures that all of his designated tasks are complete on time. His trainings are top notch and he certainly has the qualities of a good leader. He's a pleasure to work with and is a lovely personal overall. |
