USCP REFORM ACT of 2016
INTRODUCTION
We in Congress feel called upon a necessity to implement a new United States Congressional Police, which shall bring about new opportunities for the we as Congressmen to be better protected in the public square.
SECTION I. INTRODUCTION; DEFINITIONS
(a) The USCP shall now be subject to protecting all Congressmen and Congress’ constituents.
(b) The term “discriminatory behavior” shall be defined as any sort of behavior heeding someone’s ability to do something because of race, political affiliation, or anything constitutional violated.
(c) The USCP shall not discriminate in any way as far as protecting or not protecting a congressman.
SECTION II.
(a) The USCP’s protectee must be subject to all demands the USCP makes, but can override said demands.
(b) Former two-year Congressman Aperturee shall be appointed Chief of the USCP.
(c) The chief shall henceforth receive an O-10 paygrade as it is in the USM.
SECTION III. CONCLUSION
(a) Any contradicting legislation is hereby void.
(b) Failure to abide by this legislation will result in temporary shutdown of the branch, until the problem is fixed.
