This law serves as the collection of prohibitions as well as rights for the general public.
Section One - Murder & Assault
It is illegal for any civilian to kill, attack, or otherwise assault another member of the Empire unless it is done in self defense. Civilians may defend themselves if they are assaulted by other civilians, outsiders, foreigners, and military personnel.
Assault can be defined as brandishing a weapon onto an individual, or striking them with a weapon. Assault can also be defined as jumping on an individual's head.
Members of the Praetorian Guard, and Imperium holders(Praetors and Consuls) have the right to kill those who they deem as a threat, as well as initiate a KOS order on an individual.
Section Two - Harassment and Disrespect of Authority
It is illegal for a citizen of Rome to harass Roman military personnel, Roman nobility, and Roman officials(Senators, Judges, etc.).
Impersonation of any rank within Rome is illegal if you do not hold that rank.
Ignorance of Roman law is not a valid excuse to avoid punishment, and is deemed illegal.
Armed gangs are also deemed as illegal.
Treason against the Empire in any forms is illegal. Destruction of Roman property(Trello boards, Skype groups, etc.) is deemed treasonous. Riots and other aggressive gatherings are also deemed illegal.
Trespassing upon a property you do not own is illegal. Government owned property may be sanctioned off at any time by the Praetorian Guard or an Imperium holder(Praetors & Consuls). Private property may be sanctioned and protected under civil jurisdiction.
Section Three - Theft, Abuse, and Other Crimes
Thievery in all forms is deemed illegal. Fraud is also illegal.
Admin is to be limited to Imperium holders and Architects only, those who are not included in this gathering who are found with admin without permission of the Emperor or Consuls are violating the law.
Exploiting and glitching in any Roman place is illegal.

Section Four - Admin Abuse
Imperium Holders are Exempt from this Law¹.
Admin Abuse can be seen as, Modifying ranks of Romans to places in which they should not be, such as in Placing Plebeians in the Judge rank for no valid² Reason.
The law does not criminalize the following scenario:
Modifying the Ranks of the Foreigner Class, aslong as they are placed in a valid² position.
¹Scenario may vary, Abide by existing Judicial Orders and Current law.
²Validness will be determined by the current law, Judicial System, either by the Jurisprudence emitted by the Praetors,Judges or by the System itself and of course either by Elections, Appointments, Criminalizations or by order of the Emperor which always overrules the ones mentioned before him.
