S | Suspended : Suspended for a certain amount of time. Not a staff member.
AW | Awaiting Training : Awaiting Training at the training center, this rank can join the game and observe but is prohibited from having admin or staff card.
HK | House Keeping : House keeping makes sure the rooms are clean and free from filth. They take calls from the reception area and may not get admin but a staff key.
SO | Security Officer : Makes sure the Hotel is free from Trollers. They are prompt to give the troller 3 warnings and then take the appropriate action learned at training.
R | Receptionists : Gives the hotel guests a room using the commands (give, player name, room name) without ,
HOS | Head of Security/HOR | Head Receptionist : Head of the ranks listed below. They manager the departments and give tips to them if needed and can reprimand.
GM | General Manager+ : General manager at the hotel, takes up hotel complaints,issues and deals with trollers. (Has admin at the hotel)
D | Developer : Is a developer for Keystone Hotels this individual helps out with the developmental side of Keystone Hotels. (GFX,Builders,Helper)
