The following is the official guide and manual for the Imperial Guard of Der Deutschen Wehrmacht, Germany. We are the official protectors and guard for the high command of our military's. We are some of the most highly trained soldiers in the entire German military. No insubordination or failure to complete missions will be tolerated here. ~{TABLE OF CONTENTS}~ 1. Basic Rules 2. On-base Guide 3. Ranks 4. Punishments 5. Companies 6. Final Note [BASIC RULES] Any Imperial Guard soldier should follow these rules at all times no matter what. If they are to be broken then consequences may ensue as stated in the Punishments section. 1. No faces or immaturity while on duty, (Lol, :D, etc.) 2. All orders issued by a high command, your battalion commander, or any other high rank in the Imperial Guard are to be followed without questions or there will be severe consequences. 3. No other uniform other than your specific Imperial Guard uniform is permitted when you are on duty in the Imperial Guard. Keep in mind not all can afford their own specific uniform in the store, if so there is uniform morphs in game. 4. Respect all ranks above you and below you, if fights break out in the Imperial guard there will not be a one sided punishment, both involved will be punished. 5. Do not be an idiot. Use common sense and don't end up making a higher rank mad. 6. Do not try and deal with other soldier or peer problems yourself, instead message a high rank or your company commander as to what the problem is with evidence. 7. Refer to all high ranks as "Mein herr." or just "Herr.". Additionally if you are guarding someone and you would like to speak, do not interrupt any present conversation and when the time is right you may ask "Permission to speak, herr.". You are to wait for a granted or denied, and say what you wish after a granted. [ON-BASE GUIDE] When you are online at a DDW place you are as always supposed to put on your correct uniform and give yourself, if not, ask for a standard issue MP-40 along with the Karabiner 98k. After this you should proceed to request the highest ranked high command member online for permission to guard them ("Would you like security, mein herr?"), if there is none online you should ask your company commander or any other Imperial Guard high rank. If there is none of these on then you should act as a normal soldier and proceed to wear your normal DDW uniform. Keep in mind if a high command does come on you are to instantly re-spawn and put on your Imperial Guard uniform, and make a bee line for the high command. It is polite to greet with a "Heil, mein herr." and then refrain from speaking until asked a question or given permission. If the high command does not want to be guarded, guard the second highest, and so forth. If there is no other on then you can either wait for them in a different location or return to a normal soldier. As always follow every order given to you by a high command or Imperial Guard high rank without question, or face severe consequences. [RANKS] ~Volkssturmmann~ The beginning rank, this is the initial rank you are when you are accepted into the Imperial Guard. At this rank you are mostly being watched to decide when you are ready to become the next rank when you can be assigned a company. ~Gruppenführer~ Translated to Corporal, however this is when you are first decided what Company you will be assigned to by your high ranks. If you are here you have shown that you might have a good chance in the Imperial Guard, and if you continue to do your job correctly you may be promoted. ~Sanitätsdienstgrad~ You are an official soldier of the Imperial Guard, you are placed in your company and have served your country well so far. You are still a soldier however, and you are expected to act as one and do well in your company. ~Zugführer~ At this point you are right below the leader of your company, you are expected to do your job to perfection. Continue to show you are worthy, and when the opportunity arrives you just might be picked to be the leader of your company. ~Kompanieführer~ You are now an official company commander. You are expected to recruit new people into your company that you see fit and keep your men true to their job and as good as they can be. At this rank you receive authority and are authorized to command your company. Keep in mind you still can guard high command members or higher ranked Imperial Guards if requested. ~Battaillonsarzt~ The executive leader of the Imperial Guard. You are the right hand man of the Battaillonsführer. You are expected to be without flaw and a leader figure to the men of the Imperial Guard. You have full authority over those below you and are responsible for them as well. Teaches those below you who do not know something, to have a better chance to know it. ~Battaillonsführer~ You are the commander/leader of the Imperial Guard. You have full authority over the Imperial Guard. There is not much else to say here. Teaches those below you who do not know something, to have a better chance to know it. ~Reichsmarshall~ Chancellor of the motherland. Teaches those below you who do not know something, to have a better chance to know it. [PUNISHMENTS] If you fail the Imperial Guard in any way, break any rule, or any other offense deemed plausible by a high rank you are subject to the following. Green offense - Warning. You are giving a long talk on what you did wrong and not to do it again. If you do the same thing again you are subject to further punishment. Yellow offense - Kick from the game or demotion in the Imperial Guard. You are never expected to make the same mistake and will be given a long lecture along with this. Red offense - Reformed to Volkssturmmann or removed from the Imperial Guard. Consider this your final chance in the Imperial Guard at all. Dark offense - Any severe punishment deemed appropriate by the Battaillonsführer or Battaillonsarzt. There will NOT be any further mistakes, and that's a fact after this. [COMPANIES] There is currently only three companies as the Imperial Guard is currently quite small. The three companies all have similar jobs, as they guard, however these are split up to coordinate squads easier and ensure organization in the Imperial Guard along with some specialization. The current squads consist of a Greek letter as their current identifications. Alpha - Primary squad, this is usually the squad that prioritizes the chancellor and is immediate to protect him over other squads. Gamma - Standard squad, does the normal job of the Imperial Guard. Omega - Standard squad, however this squad is more responsible for the inside look of the Imperial Guard. As secondary to guarding, this squad reports any incidents that occur within the Imperial Guard to their company commander who then reports it to a higher ranked Imperial Guard. One more thing to note is that none of the companies have authority over one another yet, all are equal aside from the company commanders. Do not go ordering around Gamma squad if you are Alpha just because the name is different. [FINAL NOTE] "In regards to the final briefing of the grand Imperial Guard of our great Der Deutschen Wehrmacht, I would like to make something very clear. Here we expect the greatness out of every single soldier here, there shall be no slacking or rank skipping what-so-ever. But to say something for your own sake, do not fail me, and especially do not fail your leader." ~Dragonmaster1259 | Signed | ~Dragonmaster1259 ~Xphose10 ~TheRealdestiny1261
