Hello, your Honorable Chief Justice, and Mr. President, my name is IsPrada (Usually called Prada), and this is a self-made application for the position of Federal Judge.
First of all, I will present my self. I am a Justice addict, called Prada. I am only 16 years old, and currently following a College based on Justice (Foreign Country, IRL info). I also have experience in politics, especially in the U.S Government.
What's my past experience? Well, I used to be Federal/Supreme Court Justices in many Ro-nations, mostly USAs (Except nUSA). As I said, I know almost everything about the Judicial system in US, especially how a court trial goes, or how an impeachment trial goes. I used to be Chief Justice in a 2k members USA, owned by Efresh77, but sadly, the USA has shutdown. After that, I decided to move to UK, and found that the USA Judicial System is not very different from UK Judicial System, so I become a High Court Justice, which is pretty hard to achieve. The UK was and it is still owned by DwayneFriggus, but I also was a judge Crown Court Justice in LordGalactica's UK.
Why do I want to become a Judge here? Well, I've seen a lot of crimes going on in this USA, such as corruption, murders, etc. The problem is, that there are insufficient judges to take and preview all the case requests, some of the judges doesn't even know how a trial goes, to be honest.. But anyways, If I will get appointed as a Federal Judge, I will make sure that every case that I overview and go with, will be fair, non-biased, and correctly ran. In addition, I am a pretty active player, respectful and correct, and sometimes pretty strict. I know the main Constitution paragraphs applied in Roblox, regarding the Judicial system, and so on.
How does a trial go? First of all, the trial is In-Session when the Judge enters, after that, the Judge, along with the Court Security Corps. will make order in the room, after that the Trial will officially begin. The Prosecution will be asked by the Judge to present the case(charges) against the Defense, after that, the Defendant will enter his plea (Guilty or Not Guilty) . The Prosecution will be asked by the judge to present their Statement (Opening Statement), after that, the same process will go for the Defense.. After the Opening Statements process, the Prosecution will call a witness or present the evidence, the Prosecution will question the witnesses and explain the evidence presented earlier. After that, the Defense will Cross-Examine the evidence, and if there is any jury, the jury will must take a look at the Evidence presented. After this, the same process will go for the Defense. After both parties are done presenting evidence and questioning witnesses, the Prosecution will present their Closing statement, then the Defense will have to present their Closing Statement as well. If there is any jury, the jurors will be dismissed and the jury will head to the Jury Room to decide the Guilt or Innocence of the Defense/Prosecution, while the Court will be In-Recess. After they came to a final decision, they will head back to the Court Room, and the Court will be back In-Session. The Defendant will stand and the Jury will present their decision to the Judge.
IF the Defendant is Guilty, the Prosecution MAY suggest a punishment that will have to be approved by the Judge/Jury, or the Judge will decide a punishment him/her self. IF the Defendant is NOT guilty, the Trial is Adjourned.
