Unsubtleties, this is not your opinion forum, this is technical support forum, if your not going to help, get out.
For Kyphonic,
People have had this issue before, its most likely on roblox's side but it might be due to you have made too many purchases in a short amount of time, i think it's around a month span.
You have to wait about 5 days (I know, it sucks) to be able to purchase again.
Let me know if your having any more trouble.
