As a Manager, it's my part of my job to make sure that everyone is having an amazing experience and that nobody in this daycare has any problems or confusion on what they will need to do. Here will be a list of ranks and what you must do if you are that rank. :)

👉FIRST AID
As first aid you are to help toddlers that aren't feeling well, or if they are injured. If anything RP'ed isn't appropriate; there will be consequences.

👉DAYCARE TEACHER
Teachers will have mod, but they CANNOT be abusing their commands or use their powers against others. This job means that you will be teaching your students different subjects that you choose.

👉Client Service
Client service, is the same as Customer service. That means you will need to be at the desk in the front of the daycare answering questions and queries and taking toddlers to their class. If anyone is not abiding by the rules, the people in this rank, will deal with it harshly.

👉DAYCARE PATROL
Daycare Patrol is similar to supervisor. This job means that you will need to supervise others in the daycare community to make sure they are working, not abusing admin, making sure that others have great experiences and making sure that the daycare community runs smoothly.

👉VICE PRINCIPAL
Vice Principals are meant to assist the Principals. This means that you will be able to have regular admin in the daycare, but a lot of responsibilities with it as well. This job means that you are to make sure that there isn't any admin abuse inside the daycare, and that the daycare is running in good shape.

👉PRINCIPAL
The Principal rank is the same thing as the Vice Principal rank, but Vice Principals will be the Principal's assistant. This job contains a lot of responsibilities and it's not to be dealt with lightly. You are to make sure that there isn't any admin abuse inside the daycare, and to make sure that the community is fine for others to enjoy the experience in our daycare.

👉FRIENDSHIP SOLVER
Friendship Solvers are known as a High Rank! This means that it's required to have Trello to read applications. This job means that you will need to resolve someone's problems. If there is a dilemma with someone's friendship such as drama, fights, and bullying against one another. This job contains responsibilities and you MUST read, at least, two applications per day!

👉VICE MANAGER
Vice Managers will be assisting their Managers and managing the daycare community. This job includes the responsibility of Trello Boards (Applications, Events, Management etc.). Vice Managers are also not just helping their Managers out, but they are also monitoring others to make sure that there is NO admin abuse.

👉MANAGER
Managers will be managing the daycare. Managers will have Vice Managers as their assistants to help them manage the daycare to make sure that business in the daycare is running smoothly as it should. This job also requires Trello and you MUST read at least TWO applications per day.

👉DAYCARE ADMINISTRATOR
Daycare Administrator contains a lot of responsibilities in business around the daycare. Therefore they are making sure that everyone in the daycare community are doing their jobs as they should be, making sure that the daycare community is professional, and also that there's nothing else ruining other people's experience.

👉DEVELOPER
The only way to get developer is by testing your developing skills with the founder and the owner. They MUST approve you in order to be able to join the developer team. You have to build something which you think proves you worthy of being a developer.

👉CHIEF EXECUTIVE OF ACTIVITIES
This job is like a management of people who plan future activities or events for the daycare. This includes using group funds to advertise, plan trips and make mini or big events. This rank is for people that work hand-in-hand with the Owner of the daycare.

👉CO-OWNER
This job is basically the Owner's assistant. It means that they will be assisting the owner with business. Also, this rank is "back-up" for the Owner. Co-Owners are only chosen by the Founder and Owner of the daycare.

👉OWNER
Owner is only for one person that assists the founder and manages the entire daycare. The Owner also, helps out the founder with projects. This rank is the person that checks ranks, checks audit logs and checks Trello. As well as that, the Owner works everyday by checking on the daycare. The Founder and Owner work together to create harmony throughout the daycare. The Owner is the person that created the Daycare along with the Founder.
